Staying at this hotel was an exceptionally luxurious experience. the service was impeccable, with staff catering to every need.
The only minor issue I encountered was that the health club facilities were not up to par with the rest of the hotel. this did not detract from my overall experience.

Great river view and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was excellent with easy access to local restaurants and shops.
We experienced a few issues during our stay, such as being given a different room for the second night, which didn't fit our expectations. , the AC heating system was disabled, and it was cold in the room at night.

Great river view from the room and convenient location near local attractions. the room was nice and cozy with comfortable furnishings. Staff was polite and friendly during the check-in process.
There were issues with the credit card transaction and room changes were required, causing inconvenience. Broken glass in the room was not cleaned up upon room change.
